Our Heart Phone Charm Kit is the perfect POP for your phone. Use it as a wristlet too! Our Phone Charm Kits comes in color schemes. Each Heart Kit will include heart shaped beads, thick white string, and various other beads to match your color scheme you choose! Each kit comes in a white bag. Refer to our 'HOW TO" video for step by step instructions, and you may not use all your beads depending on how big or small you want it!
If you would like your phone charm to come pre-made for an additional fee, please choose "PRE-MADE." If you choose "KIT ONLY" then you will receive the kit to make your own phone charm.

SHIPPING
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
DOMESTIC (WITHIN THE US)
Orders usually take 4-6 business days from shipment date to be delivered. Just because you receive an email saying your item was shipped does not necessarily mean it will be shipped that day; it just means the order was processed for shipment. Orders usually take 2 business days to be processed and shipped.
*Keep in mind that all orders have a 1-3 day processing packing period before shipping transits apply.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our customized and personalized products, we do not accept any returns and/or exchanges. We will accept an exchange for a product only in the case that your product arrives to you damaged. In this case, you will need to email us within 10 days. Our email is littlestacksco@gmail.com. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in transit back to be exchanged.
